Liébana is an area of the interior of Cantabria that is located within a high mountain landscape of great landscape value. Area with various routes on foot or on horseback, and in which the mountain station of Fuente Dé is located, with a cable car overlooking the impressive Picos de Europa.

WHAT TO VISIT IN LIÉBANA AND PICOS DE EUROPA?

Liébana: it is divided into different valleys, with countless routes to make and impressive views in all of them, where you can enjoy nature and very rare species such as the bear, the golden eagle or the chamob. It is located between the National Game Reserve and the Picos de Europa National Park. The Mozarabic Church of Lebeña, from the tenth century, the Romanesque Monastery of Piasca from the eleventh century or the monastery of Santo Toribio de Liébana, a holy place of pilgrimage for many, because it is the largest fragment of the Cross of Jesus Christ, are some of the most important places to visit in the area.

Picos de Europa:these impressive mountains are part of the immense Cordillera Cantábrica, belonging to the provinces of León, Cantabria and Asturias. Among them, we can find the Picos de Europa National Park, a place of immense scenic attraction and the second largest protected area in the country, declared a Biosphere Reserve in 2003.

In Nansa Natural we like old paths. We need old routes, we cannot let them get lost because they tell us about our history and the life of its people.

Una experiencia sensorial para conectar nuevamente con la naturaleza y con nosotros mismos… ¿nos damos un Baño de Bosque en Cantabria?.

Los Baños de Bosque son una experiencia sensorial en los que realizamos un paseo consciente, no son una ruta de senderismo al uso. Sobre todo, en estos paseos disfrutamos del momento, realizamos actividades de meditación y conectamos plenamente con la naturaleza, sin prisas, prestando especial atención a los sentidos.

Existen distintas opciones: Puedes venir solo, en pareja, en familia, en grupo. Disfrutar por la mañana o por la tarde. Añadir un picnic o una cena en Potes (Liébana). Será una experiencia especial donde te relajarás y liberarás tensiones.

The Forest Baths are a sensory experience in which we make a conscious walk, they are not a normal hiking route. Above all, on these walks we enjoy the moment, do meditation activities and fully connect with nature, without rushing, paying special attention to the senses.

There are different options: You can come alone, as a couple, as a family, in a group. Enjoy in the morning or afternoon. Add a picnic or dinner in Potes (Liébana). It will be a special experience where you will relax and release tension.

This activity is carried out with a minimum of 6 adults, but if you want an exclusive Forest Bath, do not hesitate to ask us.
